The place is big and will run. The way it is a little odd expect to do some walking while you're here as you might need to go to different labs and x-rays and it's all spread out. Are there busy here so it may be hard to make an appointment or you'll have a long lead time before you're seen. But the doctors the physical therapy people and all of the support staff have been great.

Very unhappy with endoscopy at this location. Waited for 5 months to get it done and The doctor did not write down anything that he saw during the procedure and did not provide any recommendations right after the procedure. Clinic has no openings for follow up appointments till October and endoscopy was in may. How crazy is that? Any other GI clinic in the area were able to get us in sooner and doctors always provided a very detailed description of what they saw, the size of low sphincter, color of stomach linings etc. and of course, some recommendations on the day of the procedure. Don’t recommend anyone wasting their time and money here. We heard they do 30 procedures per day so obviously they got no time for anything. Avoid this GI clinic!!!!!!

You should arrive at least 15 mins before your appointment because there is often a queue and it doesn't move very fast; and some appointments will have to be rescheduled of your more than 10 mins late. There's like five desks but usually only one or two people working.

UPDATED REVIEW (with a photo of billing): I feel like I have to add this because finances are such an important aspect of medical care for families: I love the providers at VM, but the billing is so awful I can't justify coming here for anything except basic office visits. They grossly overcharge at this facility. In the past 6 months, I have gotten 4 bills for a single imaging procedure (see the photo). After seeing my husband's bills at a different office, I felt like what I was being charged was high. So I called around, and learned that after these 4 bills, it would have been $29.91 cheaper to pay FULLY IN CASH at another nearby clinic and not even use my insurance. To put things further into perspective, while I got 4 bills and paid about $230 co-insurance, my husband (on the exact same insurance) went to a different facility, had similar imaging done, and it was only billed once for about $50. I wish I could say that this was a unique experience, but after going here for a few years using different insurances, I can confirm: expect 2-5 bills for image/procedure/lab work visits. I have gone to the Procedure clinic at Bellevue VMFH for several years. The staff in the Procedure area are outstanding. I see Dr Lee and she is a fantastic clinician. Dr Lee and the nursing staff are knowledgeable, caring and provide good patient care. I always feel safe and well cared for during my Procedure.
